1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of items offered by The Loop Wear on the website theloopwear.hk. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these T&C without reservation.

2. Products

  • The items sold are second-hand clothing and accessories.
  • Each item is unique, and its condition is described on the product page.
  • Photos are contractual, but slight color variations may occur depending on the screen.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), all taxes included. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and displayed before checkout. The Loop Wear reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but items are charged at the price displayed at the time of order.

4. Orders

Orders can only be placed through theloopwear.hk. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these T&C and a commitment to payment.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed via Shopify, mainly by credit card. The order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

6. Shipping

Shipping is only available within Hong Kong, via SF Express. Shipping fees and delivery times are specified before the order is confirmed. The Loop Wear is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

As items are second-hand and unique, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed, except in case of a clear error or item not matching the description.

8. Liability

The Loop Wear ensures the quality and compliance of products but is not responsible for indirect damages related to the use of items. Items must be used according to their normal intended use.

9. Data Protection

Personal information is collected for order processing and customer service purposes. It will never be shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data upon request.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (images, texts, logos) is the exclusive property of The Loop Wear. Any reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&C are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In case of dispute, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
