Yes. All items on The Loop Wear are carefully selected second-hand pieces. Each item is chosen for its quality, style, and potential for a second life ✨

🔍 Are the items authentic?

Absolutely. Every item is authenticated before being listed. The Loop Wear does not sell counterfeits.

👗 What condition are the items in?

The condition of each item is clearly indicated on the product page (excellent, very good, good). Any imperfections are always mentioned and shown in photos — full transparency.

📸 Are the photos accurate?

Yes. All photos are taken by us, without filters or misleading edits. Colors may slightly vary depending on your screen.

📦 Where do the items come from?

All pieces come from individuals based in Hong Kong, collected locally by The Loop Wear.

🚚 How does shipping work?

Shipping is only available within Hong Kong via SF Express. Shipping fees are paid by the buyer. Details are provided after the order is placed. No international shipping is available.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

As items are second-hand and unique, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are possible.

⏰ How do the drops work?

Items are released in drops, usually on Sundays. Each piece is unique — once it’s sold, it’s gone.
